GOOD DAY
Ran my fastest mile today. 8:22. walked a few more miles after that.
Legs kinda tired because I got 6 in yesterday. I am kind of quietly celebrating an official 40 lb loss today. Actually been here for a couple days but wanted that scale to say it a few days in a row. Thanks buddies fior growing, er, I mean SHRINKING along with me!

Boy I wish I had your energy...I can't get past the cleaning of the house before I am bushed...need to get back to where I was before having to take care of my sis...a month can take it away from you..its true, use it or lose it...have a great weekend.....Bren
