GOOD DAY Ran my fastest mile today. 8:22. walked a few more miles after that. Legs kinda tired because I got 6 in yesterday. I am kind of quietly celebrating an official 40 lb loss today. Actually been here for a couple days but wanted that scale to say it a few days in a row. Thanks buddies fior growing, er, I mean SHRINKING along with me!
