Amazing myself with the strength I've gained over this past year. I'll have to do some re-assessments before the end of the month to try to quantify it. Staying fit. Staying strong. Making healthier decisions has become second nature now.
Yesterday was the office holiday potluck. I was surprised how unappealing most of the treats were to me. I opted for my almond butter and oatmeal instead of the rich deserts. I had made black bean brownies...those were my "sweet treat" after my lunch time workout.
