Stayed The same again not getting the steps in due the lousy weather here in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿.Is it ever going to stop raining ? . Must look at my macros and calories again see if I need to reduce calories. Losing inches but no weight very slow progress. On a positive note at least I haven’t gained with my chocolate fest over Easter 😂. Hope you are all well and the scales are working in right direction for you .Have a great weekend all 😊

Credit to the inches lost. Sounds like you're doing your bit on being active, so you're putting on muscle weight (which is the best thing for better metabolism). P.S. I used to play two sports and was very lean, but BMI calculators claimed I had an unhealthy weight which was untrue. I would encourage you to look up other ways of measuring your progress like muscle/fat mass - the inches is a great measurement, too!

I prefer loosing inches because it means my fat turn into muscles and those are hungry boys and eat all that hight sugar and cholesterol in my blood and I feel better. Had some problem when became more active - weight jumped up for few weeks though now steady go down. Inches over weight, defo!
