A totally lazy Sunday. I didn't get to do my DC, the weather was, again, 'orrible, though I did dance a little. Reading most of the day, and a bit of food prep and eating of course.

Oh well, back to normal tomorrow, and I can't say I'll be sorry. Hanging around doesn't suit me much, I prefer to be active, it makes me feel more alive.

I suppose it will also mean that I will have used up fewer kcals, I have to confess I didn't feel like eating much after my lunch, but the kcals and protein for the day would have been too low, so I whacked them up.

I'm still struggling to see that I have to maintain a minimum food intake, even when I don't want to eat... Why? WHY is that so??? indeed - IS - it so.....
