FBS 112. Off to the doctor to drop my small bomb on her.

She's happy, excited to see and hear what's up. Definitely on board with the way I'm doing this and with my decision on the meds I will not take. She, too, thinks listening to our own bodies and responses to heal with nutrition and lifestyle beats pharmaceuticals if it's working for us individually. She highly approved my choice of supplements. But then, I sorta knew she would!

That is wonderful, Gopher! I think we think alike. Im all about natural healing with food, herbs, and supplements. Great you have a Dr that feels the same. My Dr is pretty cool with my way of doing things too.
