Happy Monday! Back on plan after a long weekend of debauchery.

3 weeks until I turn 46 years old…I’m going to attempt to crank the discipline and consistency up to 11 until that day. Wish me luck! It’s been a rough couple of weeks. Time to buckle down!

Rishi: Wife's cup. 😉 Le-ah: I don’t have much choice… I’ve put in way too many hours and far too much effort at this point to quit! Now I just have to do a better job of “winning the evening” and “winning the weekend” in terms of sticking to healthy, goal supporting habits. Those are my biggest downfalls. Monday-Friday, 5am - 8pm I’m generally pretty good. Once we get outside of that time, things tend to get a little loose, a little wild…
