I am on another site too. Sites are good guidance. I am fed up and angry about my weight. It is really giving me a nauseous feeling. It disgusts me really.
It is a lot mental with me to get me motivated.
Want to get out and walk and that is what I should do, depression holds me back.
Rambling, writing here, hope it helps me.
Also just found this if any interest to anyone, I have been using coconut oil for lotion and this:
