Why do I keep losing and gaining the same 5lbs??? Have to get out of this pattern!!

Most of the time when you go up and down the same few pounds it means that you are most likely not being consistent with your diet. You might have a good couple of days and then cheat some. If you keep doing that, can end up yo-yoing. It could also happen when you slack with tracking your food and not getting regular exercise. Dig your heals in and spend the next week really tracking every bite and being consistent. Consistency is so important with weight loss. Kicking up your exercise can also help.
