For my standard vanilla, I get Leanfit Whey from Costco. For Fancy Flavours, I go to the internets! I like the Salted Caramel from www.myprotein.ca It’s pretty tasty! 😋 If you are buying from MyProtein, never pay full price. There is always a coupon code somewhere 😉

I used to buy lean fit couple of years back. And thanks for the info. I should probably change back to whey that tastes lot better. I got tired of vegan protein powder already have 1.5 bottles left. Need to finish them off 😅🥲

I use both animal and plant based from time to time. It’s good to mix things up here and there 😎
Don’t forget about Casein. Slower digestion = Good for people that use fasting 😉

Good tip. I never tried casein yet have to try them once my stacks gets over. I already bought 3 whey protein bottles😅. Each time I finish off one jar I buy new one just to make sure I have protein sources back up 😊😅😂😬.
