I considered not posting this since it will likely be changing next week but I felt that since I was "experimenting" with my canoe trip and I wanted to see how it affected my weight loss, I thought others might be interested, too. FYI, we paddled 32 miles in basically 2 days. Technically it was 3 days but the last day we only paddled for an hour. Great trip and I was worried because I ate lots of carbs... In fact nearly all carbs because that's what I was given. It was nice to have them to avoid the burned out feeling I had the first day since I was watching my diet so closely. We'll see how this all works out back on the official weigh-in day next Monday! Have a great rest of the week!
