You all know where I stand with the "idiot box". I don't give it any power over me. However, I CELEBRATE when my body fat% goes down. I am now at 16% and I'm happy as a pig in sh*t. :) One more step closer to my goal.
Remember guys, ONE STEP AT A TIME and everything will fall into place like it's meant to. Don't EVER sweat the small stuff... and it's ALL small stuff.
