A long day today, about 14h work in front of me, meetings after work, usually with pizza available. Will have to make a better choice.

Welcome buddy!! I had to laugh at your profile ... tis always easier to "give advice" ... I am a family therapist ... I too chuckle at myself and it is much more difficult to live what I tell others than to tell others!! However, there is much to be said for taking care of ourselves and I applaud your effort!! Glad to have you added to my buddy list ... glad to have you here!!!

Hey, buddy! Hope your day was a great one. Have lots of healthy, yummy foods/snacks packed to help resist the pizza. Pizza is so hard to resist sometimes! I feel for you!

Thanks so much for your support I'm happy to have new buddies, for my new beggining. No pizza! They ordered salads from a local restaurant! I applauded the initiative. You know, you see more of that, local restaurant catering to small offices with healthy food. I was happy, happy.
