Weight is up today, but thats because I had a IDGAF weekend - also knowing that Im going to try to buckle down and really do this. Which in hindsight is dumb because it just moved me back further from my goal. I also need to check my attitude. Ive been starting to let negativity in and I need to knock that off. It really makes a difference. I met with a Dietician last week and got a macro update. Its lower than Im used to (and by that I mean when I actually tried to follow macros). I did some prepping yesterday and I think that Im ready, finally, to start. Im working the next two weekends so Im a little worried about that, but I think that if I can plan, and stick to it, then it shouldnt be an issue. Happy Monday! Lets do this!
