Had to skip my nighttime snack in order to stay near my calories target for the day.
Ate supper extremely late, so hunger wasn't really the battle, just the habit.
So after the woodstove was loaded, I simply let myself fall asleep.
Still counts as a win

Well done! Sometimes, at night, I struggled so hard not to eat when I know I'm not really hungry, but I want something anyway.

Thanks Shirley... I guess sometimes the best way to win is to just avoid the conflict.. Now if only I could learn to apply that elsewhere in my life... 🤣 ⚖️📉🤔👍

Same here, my weak time is 6-11pm. I eat just because its been a habit not because I’m hungry

Florida... As with most great discoveries, this one happened by accident.... Eating a fairly heavy ham/bean/cornbread meal soooo late made the snack time a little easier to pass by... My backup trick was going to be to chug a bottle of water to try to fool my belly just long enough for me to fall asleep... Didn't have to do it, but it's nice to have plan-b at the ready...
