Thanks Windy... Haven't had my bedtime snack yet, will probably go over my 2500 allotted, but without preplanning it would be a lot worse! 😳

Leah... I'm thinking the red must be a bit over ripened.... I noticed that when I bit into it, it seemed softer and just a bit sweeter than the previous ones... Not much time to play around with my meals... I devour whatever is put in front of me in just seconds... 🌶️🔥😋... 🍽️⏰🤣

See there's the funny thing I'm really quick doing almost everything else in my life and I'm always doing something working or cleaning taking care of the kids. I really do anything for me, but I'm a very slow eater. I don't eat very often anymore and sometimes it's very difficult for me to find what I want to eat. So when I do eat I tend to try to make sure I enjoy it. Truly unfortunate too it's hard to find things that taste right anymore now that I'm on all these meds.' everything always tastes off. It doesn't help that ever since I had covid a couple years ago that proteins taste differently for the first year I couldn't even eat proteins hot at all and I didn't like certain brands at yogurt anymore at all. To date I still don't like certain brands of peanut butter anymore either weird, huh?

Leah... Stop being so picky and eat your food!! 🤣 I've certain preferences too, but I've never really considered how much volume I eat of the non-favorites as compared to the favorites... As with pretty much anything, probably more of the favorites is more likely... Speed is pretty much always the same though... Comes from my early military training of eating entire meals in sixty. second with your bare hands during the thirty feet of chow line as it was slapped onto your tray .. 🍽️ 🤔...🍽️🪖⏩

Lol, I wish it was that easy ^^. I know you think it is and my dad thought he could make me eat when I didn't want to as well. As for being a slowpoke heater now I'm afraid I've always been a slowpoke heater sorry my kids. I didn't used to have as many problems finding foods that look good but I have issues with it since early childhood due to stress but it got a lot worse during pregnancy/collage due to food aversions and like I said some of them began due to medications and covid. But making myself eat doesn't work well. And the old saying if she gets hungry enough she'll eat no no I won't in fact I can go long periods of time almost a week without eating if I'm bothered enough stress-wise without eating. But it doesn't seem to affect my ability to work or function any cognitively. /Shrug and I don't know why I'm like this it's not something I'm choosing to d but at least I'm not doing it on purpose or anything.o on purpose I think I'm just neurotic.

And it's not about favorites or not favorites I'm not very good at explaining it. Cognitively I recognize the food is edible but I can't make myself eat it. I don't know if you have any texture or touch sensitivities I have some of those as well but it's a lot like that. So if you have any of those issues it's like having to touch something that you hate touching that just gives you the heebie jeebies when you touch it for example I hate touching stainless steel I will wash it when I have to but I hate touching stainless steel pans, I don't know why I just do. 🤷 I told you I'm just really weird and I don't know why I'm that way.

Over the past couple of years on here I've seen several people discuss their fastings for several days... I've never actually personally known anyone that could do it totally, without a single bite over several days, but I've worked with some that are in a whole day what I'd consider an average lunch... Doesn't seem like a person could do that regularly and still have difficulty loosing weight... I love eating a good meal too much to ever skip one, so moderation and targeting low fat and high protein are my goals for the upcoming summer.. Looking forward to borat season 🤣target ⚖️📉🤔
