I am on day 33 of IF. I managed to stick to it. I will continue this way of eating because I am more in control of my eating and not the food controlling me. I almost gave in today but I realized that I must drink enough water in order to stop rhe hunger pangs. The loadshedding is also playing havoc with my eating schedule but I worked around it.... Nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it😜 I'm on day 25 of 30 Day Fitness Challenge. Today after work I felt like not exercising but I want to stick to this Challenge...even if it's just 30 minutes. I can not give up on my health. I am the only one that can change the bad habits. My obstacles are only as big as I want it to be...I can do this💃💃
