Was hoping this chicken for lunch would help loosen me up...
Three cups of coffee between 3am and noon, and still no BM in three days.
Stress is getting ridiculous.

Prunes probably help some people.. I was a pig farmer for a lotta years, and the saying goes... If you feed that pig, it WILL sht... Was just a matter of time. Tough for the body to go past four days. My advice to others... Avoid putting yourself into a stressful life, but if you wind up there and become bound up, make sure the food is greasy! Stress can do some unbelievable things to people. 😬

A steady addition to my diet of prunes & fiber supplements works all of the time. But, stress can have a detrimental effect on digestion.
