Prunes probably help some people..
I was a pig farmer for a lotta years, and the saying goes...
If you feed that pig, it WILL sht...
Was just a matter of time.
Tough for the body to go past four days.
My advice to others... Avoid putting yourself into a stressful life, but if you wind up there and become bound up, make sure the food is greasy!
Stress can do some unbelievable things to people.
