Another Thursday 500 max calorie day. Feeling strong and that it wont be so hard today. Decided to walk to the shops tonight and drag the weekly groceries home in my trolley bag. Good way to take my mind off eating and sneak exercise in. Managed to convince my Hubby to do it with me. YAY. He wants to sign up for the gym but I reckon if you cant keep up the motivation to walk then you wont keep up the gym either. We cant afford to waste money. I think he regrets assigning me the role and title "Minister of Finance" hehe
