Day #4....still haven't cheated!! Woo hoo!! Made my Crustless Quiche to keep me satisfied in the morning. Eating a few more points a day than what WW allows but am staying under on my daily calories. Making it MUCH easier. I only get 21 points plus the 5 flex points a day and I can't survive on that!! More likely to succeed on 30 points a day...and I'm dropping weight so even if it takes a bit longer I won't be starving then gain it back in the maintenance period. Yeah for me!!

That's great! I'm only supposed to have 19 points a day, but have the 35 weekly points i can use. I've been using a few of those weekly points everyday myself. I don't really want to weigh until Monday. I feel like i'm staying on track!! What's in your crustless quiche? Losing weight slowly is the best, then you have less chance of putting it back on. Talk to you later :)
