Started a weekly TGIF tradition of a new, special meal that I make for myself at home 😊 Tonight it’s a crispy prosciutto, bocconcini, egg, peach, blueberry and sliced almond spring mix salad with pear balsamic vinaigrette. So tasty!

This one was store bought. Walden Farms 0 calorie pear balsamic vinaigrette. Haven’t ventured into too many homemade salad dressings yet 😊
