For the first time since I was 28, I am below 200 lbs (199.8 lbs by scale this morning). What an accomplishment! Unfortunately, it also looks like I have shrunk a little more, so now at 5'7" my Drivers license says 5'9". A total of 6 inches has been lost from my peak height when I was 18 at 6'1". It also futzes with my BMI, leaving me with another 8.6 lbs to get below obese, whereas if I was still 5'9", I'd already be there 8(.
A new short-term goal established 191.2 lbs. I'll get below that mark yet.
My visit to a new clinic for TRT turned out to be a bust. they want 900$/qtr and don't take insurance my PCP is 115$/qtr so it was sticker shock and felt a little predatory. I just have to fight more with my PCP to get the care I believe I need.
