Aaah, two months later I'm up 4 pounds. But this is ALL MY FAULT because I've been eating like a pig. Eg last night at around 1am, I ate a giant bag of chips in like 15 minutes. I've definitely come to accept that my eating is an issue - like drugs or alcohol. I'm the classic definition of emotional eater. I don't want to go back on HCG (or rather I tried and couldn't hack the strict routine the second time round) so I'll go back to journalling, which is really helpful

You can do it! Remember it is about lifestyle change and caring for yourself! Start the day with a big glass of ice water or two. I just read 4 hour body. It is funny and may have some good ideas in it.

I echo KittenQ comments. I am an emotional eater too. Bad day at work, go to the food. I realized, for me, it is thinking about what I was going to eat before it happens. The other day I was going out to lunch. I was going to order my normal meal at this place. Before I did however, I looked it up on my smartphone---1356 calories. WOW! I changed my mind found something around 630 calories. It was so excited that I thought before I ordered. It truly helped me. I hope that helps. Stay focused and come to the website for support. DB
