Crackers and aged cheese would probably be okay as most of the lactose has been consumed by the aging process of the cheese and crackers are easy the stomach. You want to avoid of course any dairy products like soft cheeses acid products such as tomatoes which will be hard on the stomach or orange juice which will produce a similar effect. Maybe nice broth based soup 🍲 with some nice bread 🍞😋. I hope you feel better soon 💝.
