I'm super pleased with stabilizing my weight. It was the same when I weighed on Wednesday too. When grocery shopping yesterday, I marveled that I've stuck with watching what I eat for 8 months! I have cravings, but they're not too bad. (We bought taco fixings though. Shhhh, don't tell anyone.) And, starting last night, we're cutting back on the wine consumption too. Next step - exercising again! Eventually. I'll probably start back when we book our Spring trip south (in the next week or two). On that note, have a great week all!
