I didn’t work out today but I did. I did the dishes, I did laundry, cleaned my room, and organized my closet and dresser. By the time I got everything cleaned up and put away, I have a box and bag full of things that are being donated. I was up and down stairs and a step ladder. It may not have been a traditional workout, but I sweat my butt off and now I’m tired.
