Tracked yesterday and went over. We had Taco Bell for dinner and I could've made better choices - but I didn't. That's ok, I've been wanting it for awhile so now its done and I can move on. I packed a good lunch for today. I walked yesterday on lunch and I plan to go again today. I've also been toying with IF. I'm mostly just trying to limit my hours of eating between 10-8 so I guess that's 10:14. I'm really just trying to keep myself from grazing all morning, and all evening.
