One of my most favorite things to eat is cottage cheese jello salad. But, I think the calorie content on that would be high, but I also know a lot of people eat cottage cheese as a healthy snack so I don’t know if it would be a good alternative for my sweet tooth or not.

Sugar free jello + measured amount of cottage cheese, prepped and divided into serving appropriate containers for future consumption. Nice little hit of protein too!
