I didn’t take a picture but I had a hamburger on one piece of bread, some corn, some peach halves, a few lightly salted dill pickle spears and a glass of chocolate milk. My gym was closed today so tomorrow after work, I restart working out.
I know I said I would cut out processed sugars but this milk needs to get gone before it goes bad. Plus, it’s only the start of the new year. It’ll take time to cut out the sugar.
