I failed. I couldn't do the 72 hour fasting. I did get in 48 hours at least. it's not that I was starving but it was because I became too too dizzy and light headed. At least I got in 48 hours.

Ejeanmard, that is definitely not failure. You made it 48 hours. Sometimes we stretch our goals,...including me, and they are more than we should or can be doing. 72 hours may be doable, but your body said "NO". Not sure I could make it 48 hours. My idea of fasting is drinking a Pure Protein shake for 2 meals a day with a 3rd normal meal. :) It certainly works for me. Of course, my wife and I do intermittent fasting, and try to not eat from dinner to breakfast each day. That can be 10 - 14 hours. It works, but she is better at it than me. Hope you have a wonderful and successful 2024.

good job on the 48 hours. you probably needed electrolites. next time plan to suplament more with sodium, potassium and magnesium. you can look at LMT electrolite mix or make your own with lite salt. you didn't fail.

Bionici, I pretty much fast every day. Coffee by 8am, dinner by 3pm and that's it.
