This time last year I was 139 lbs after trying BHRT pellets for menopause symptoms. I was up 9 lbs from one pellet and miserable. At 56 yrs old I knew I better get serious about my weight. 5 ft “ and looking to get as close to 105 lbs as my body will allow comfortably.

Ohh i know this is an older post but I love my HRT. I REFUSED to do the pellets! I saw they didn't evenly release hormone daily. I wasn't willing to risk that. I use the compounded cream with Estradial and testosterone. It's cheaper too. I take progesterone pill at night. It helps sleep too. I've have no ovaries, had surgery in my late 40s. HRT keeps me sane. I can gain weight just looking at food.
