Have had a bad summer with regard to weight loss, and I have now gained about 8 lbs. I really feel bad and had just about given up. all the walking I was doing caused injury to my ankle and it is taking a very long time to heal. Doctor says that is one of the things that happens when you are diabetic. right now i am too frustrated and that only causes me to eat. I had MRi to confirm damage to my ankle (tendons) and a couple of other things like internal swelling and so on. was feeling so good about losing weight until July and then everything went wrong once again. I've been told that I can lose weight w/o exercise, but I have always found the too hard to do. no will power I guess.
just started a yoga course as well. but most poses and stitches are better on your feet. will have to do sitting ones for now.
