grrr... it's been over a week since my weekend off lchf as I went away for my anniversary. since then Tom has came and gone and still no scale whoosh which I normally have. Instead I'm now nearly 2kg above where I was and want to be.

I've upped my veggies, focused on my intermittent fasting, all should be on track but for some reason I'm just not losing at the moment. not sure what's going on. will keep at it but getting frustrated.

think no more carb cycling for a while....

intermittent fasting!! yahh!! how many hours do you do? Im trying a 36 hour fasting.

Normally between 18-20 daily... I've never managed a 36...but working my way towards it :)

god it was so miserable. went to the gym in the morning on nothing but coffee - needless to say I didn't run as fast nor was it fun. 24 hours is a happy period. 36 hours is shit. ( MY 2 CENTS)

I can imagine! How long was it since your last meal before you went to work out? Maybe eat first, then do the fast :) I might try for 24 hours at some point...just not sure when :)
