It feels good to control food not food control you. We had “grazing” the past 2 weeks at school. All mostly junk food, no offense, so…I stuck to my guns and ate my meal prep. I’m saving my treat days for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!! And New Year’s Eve!! But, to go off my WOE for 2 weeks straight? No way. Not worth it to me. Not going to happen anymore.
