Cheat Day Sunday. I'm too embarrassed to even log what I ate for dinner yesterday, so we'll just call it an EPIC FAIL. Back on track today!!

I think there are several of us in the same boat, only my mess up was days (Fri, Sat, and Sun). Good for you for getting right back on track!

This past weekend was bad for a few of us! =) Myself included. Congrats on getting right back on track! Sometimes cheat days are good. LOL....at least that's what I'm telling myself.
