December 1st!!! I'm so proud of myself for making my health a habit. Even tho I gained a few during Thanksgiving, I still worked out and was mindful of what and how much I ate. Since October I went from a 3x shirt to an XL and one pants size down. My main goal is to make my health a lifestyle change. This time around I focus so much on my mental health. This is what I was missing before. Happy Fridaaaaayyyyy to everyone. Waiting til 11 and gonna have me a protein packed breakfast. I don't eat meat so I have to literally pick a few days to load up on protein rich foods.
