I had 3 days over 2000 calories (one over 3000)... I'm feeling back on track now. I'm just really glad I didn't gain a lot this weigh in. I didn't feel like I had exercised very good this week, but when I looked back I had 5 days where I exercised.

Thu:ran 3 Fri:walked 2 Sat:walked 3 Sun:walked 3 Tue:ran 3

I would like to have more running miles. So that is what I will work on this week.
