Went to Lancaster and was afraid that I would be tempted to go off my diet. I did pretty well, took my own food everywhere, ate tuna on rice cake in front of fast food places while the kids ate what they wanted. Noticed that I don't need any extra salt or sweetener. Couldn't eat as much watermelon as I used to, tastes too sweet. Pretty happy that I was able to navigate traveling and eating at other people's houses and still not go off program. I actually was 181 today, but only want to log in weight on Saturday mornings. I am looking forward to 179, only 2 lbs away!! Thank you Lord! Please stay with me on this journey. . .
