My problem is not tracking my food like I should be. The reason I don’t though is because I know I eat more unhealthy than healthy but I do try to eat healthy. It’s just hard to track your food when you make your food homemade. How do you know how many calories are in a burger you make or in spaghetti?
Also, how do you keep fruit from spoiling after a week? Freeze it? Can it? What’s the secret?
