Greetings everyone Here's to a new week ahead so, I thought I would make a entry to let everyone know how I am doing in my weight loss process. All, I can say is I lost 6 pounds from when I weighed myself last week. I have to loose weight for having knee surgery. I see my orthopedic Dr in January. He's going to check to see if my weight and diabetes are lower in order to have knee surgery. Thanks for those who are supporting me.
