Had to take a rather long reprieve. I went through many health chalagens.

I have lupus and many other diseases. My lupus has been active, so I have been concentrating on keeping my kidneys, healthy and much much more.
I am back and would like to get back on track again. I really wanna lose the weight that I put back on .
