I marked 9 hours "yard work" gardening for yesterday. I was actually building a deck for closer to 14 hours.(dawn to daaaaark) I was trying to be as conservative as possible. Ate some bad (convenience) food but not a ton of it. I decided if I can work hard and eat that reasonably its a good starting point to get back on the wagon. Mu biggest obstacle will be the late night eating. That's my killer. I work hard and NEED down time, but if I stay up late I have to be careful. GOAL! Curb late night eating and get back to healthier snacking
