Getting kind of frustrated. Someone over 300 lbs who consumes usually 1200-1500 calories per day should be losing pretty rapidly!

If you go too low your body goes into starvation mode and slows down your metabolism so that you don't lose quickly, sometimes you stop losing altogether. It's best to stay above that. There are many calorie calculators online try "real age"'s website I know they have one. They tell you how much to have your calorie allotment at to lose the weight at a 2lb a week rate without going too low. :o)
