This picture was taking in November 2013 almost two years ago it's amazing how i would gain so much more weight I've gotten really sick hospitalized in all even became home bound on oxygen and not mentioning in a wheelchair as of January 2015 i was 446lb i said to myself enough is enough i started walking little by little although the severe arthritis in my knees and back would kill me i still would exercise and lift light weights every other day i am now down to 407lbs i refuses tO stop there i must keep going i love me
