My birthday 🎂 is this Tuesday and what a time for me to loose weight 🙃. My husband, bought me a early birthday cake 🎂 I am surprised when I jumped on the scale and lost 4 pounds! from 216 to 213 pounds and without really trying! I have to loose weight for 3 months till I can have knee surgery. I sure needing your support now

There's never a convenient time. There's always a birthday or holiday or vacation or something looming.You just have to pick your time and power through it. Whatever is tempting to eat will only taste good for a few minutes. Then it's to be dealt with forever as fat. Saying no isn't as hard as we make it out to be. You got this!!!
