I'm going out for lunch today. I got to pick the restaurant. I picked Red Robin because I can customize my meal. I'm just a bit worried about dessert. My mom always wants to share a piece of cheesecake. I guess 2 bites will be ok.

Cheesecake is made of dairy. Dairy has protein and calcium. Protein and calcium are good for lean mass and bone density. AKA Cheesecake is a health product 😜
