Weighed in on the wii this morning. I hadn't weighed in since March on the wii. I lost 12 punds since March and am now halfway on the normal range, I used to be right between the overweight and normal weight. My BMI also increased, although I don't know much about how that works, knowing it went down is a positive thing though. The scale on the wii doesn't state ounces, so I am not sure how much I gained exactly. I guess I'll be weighin on on that scale weekly unless my coworkers do implement their idea of having us come together once a week, share stories, recipes, and getting weighed in just like we did in Weight Watchers. That way we all stay on top of our weight loss. I don't know why I gained, I've been following the program pretty accurately. I'll be running today, running always makes me feel better about myself, despite the count on the scale.

I'm sure since you've started training again you're just building more muscle, so that's causing the little gains. Don't worry about it too much, you'll be fine.
