I went to a nutritionist last week. She measured my body biometrics, and while I’m disappointed at 40% body fat, I am thrilled to find out I have 110% more muscle mass than is expected for my height, weight, and age. I’m also nearly symmetrical. She told me I’m low on magnesium which could be a cause of my migraines, fibromyalgia, and chronic constipation. She also told me I need to eat more calories and protein. I’ve been meeting the protein goals so far, but not the calories. Also, I’ve had a migraine since yesterday, but I’ve had a bm three days in a row now, so the magnesium citrate is definitely working for something!
