I missed my lunch and went to the gym after snack, the result I was a bit lazy and weak because I got not enough carbs ..
MORAL: never miss your meals and never go to the gym if you don’t get your carbs [ they give u energy to train ]

That is too true. I hate it but I always keep protein bar in my gym bag for those days … it helps

protein bar is protein bar not carbs :) carbs give u that energy not protein

Hi Elena so maybe my wording was wrong. Sorry my bad 🤪. So I have some protein bars that have caffeine that give you that boost and then energy bars with high concentrate of carbs. Not a replacement for a meal but a on the go in cases where u forget or run out of time. If you like products let me know I will assist 😊

Ok, I got u :) I actually do not eat any protein etc bars .. because ingredients are very very bad and like a nutritionist I can not recommend to consume them to anyone. I have checked so many bars , i think all of them and unfortunately I have to say it’s rubbish :(
