Headed back to the pool today. I probably will be like a rock and sink quickly. Being laid up sucks!!!!!

Went to the PODIATRIST today. Seems I did fracture my right foot. Oh well, 2 more weeks of that glorious boot.

Oh crud…sorry to hear that. A stall…better to have it heal correctly than take any chances! My sister is going through something similar right now. She went from cast to boot, couldn’t swim all summer😬

Yes, agree with Foody. I experienced a hernia and had knee surgery all due to increased activity levels that eventually highlighted underlying issues. It can be nerve racking but keep the faith. You can pass through this time!
