Myself, I prefer to use tape measure. Cause as you train u gain muscle then people don’t loose weight and either give up or stop eating. This is then short lived. Cm or a BMI at a dietician where tell body fat compared to bone and muscle mass better option. Just my 2c in agreement with you 🥳

I actually went to see a dietician and she used the Inbody scale, that's it. Was abit disappointing. But anyhoo, got a guideline of what needed to happen. 😉

Well from her results the basic I see is your body muscle increased and body fat dropped. Which is main result you want. I’m not sure on the % as by looking at your pics I feel your body fat percentage of 25% is much lower. You look more under 20%. You will see most accurate results is when you go to have 3D body scanner and you lie or stand in the pod. This is most accurate compared to little machines that send impulses through body and give out results. These you can do every 3 months. Have you seen them ?

Awesome thanks! I haven't actually. I will definitely check for one. When I weighed myself with the dietician a few months ago the scale said I'm obese so yeah not sure how it worked that out. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I was actually worried I was dropping too much weight then. 😂

Look for someone that does Dexa or Bone density as will give more accurate separation of water, bone, muscle and fat index. I do suggest ask what machine they use. If you check link I sent you can see different locations. Good luck 😉
